The plot was something like, Bella runs off with Jacob, and the Doctor stays with Rose, and Martha somehow ends up working with Carlisle, and then she tries to kill herself (?) and Edward saves her (??) and then I guess they fall madly in love.
This was all in the text description though. The video itself was mostly images of Freema in Smith & Jones with some really oldschool clips of Edward from like the first teaser trailer ever.

But yes, it is very well-edited, and yet that does not change the fundamentals of what it is.
Thanks to Twilight I generally use "OH ___ MY BRILLIANT METEOR" to discuss any pining/longng/etc. I've described s3 Ten's mental state as "OH ROSE MY BRILLIANT METEOR" many times, and despite my love for Ten/Rose I have to admit it is accurate.
Which is why he was totally in a livejournal community with New Moon!Edward.
