He's definitely jealous, and I imagine for like a week he tries to determine exactly how it is Ten manages this by picking a new feature every day to test. One day it's the glasses, one day it's the accent, one day it's the hair.
I don't think he ever progresses to saving the world/universe, though. Because that cannot possibly be it.
