Oh this turned out so well! I adore the idea of having it taking place inside a car and you managed to make a non-angsty fic about GiTF (well sort of about that episode anyway). I love it!
Your characterization is fantastic as always but I just have to say: Jake! Gay Jake! Gay Jake & Rose BFFs! Excuse me while my head implodes from too much fanon awesomeness. Finally more Jake/Rose friendship and it is brilliant.
From the driver’s seat, Rose was indignant. “That was one time!” Jake shielded his mouth with his hand even as he stage whispered. “It was three times.” “Two and a half!” I can see this so clearly, his smug face and a flustered Rose. So funny.
I was going to add some more paragraphs but there are too many awesome ones. I don't know how you do it.
