I tried to think of a more creative setting, but ultimately nothing seemed to suit better than being stuck in a boring car ride. Initially I was going to stick them in the prairies, just to be mean. But I've been on multi-hour drives through Alberta, and I am not sure the Doctor would be able to withstand such torture.
