I loved Turn Left for a tonne of reasons, and the Donna-Rose interaction was one of them. They were totally awesome together, and though I don't think in the long run they'd get along as well with each other as they do with the Doctor, they'd still be a bamf team.
Aw, I felt bad for Ten2 writing that, lol. Generally I see the belief that Rose wouldn't have chosen between them at all, and maybe she wouldn't have, but at the same time I'm inclined to think at that particular moment "he's not you" was an accurate reflection of her thought process and that, if it'd simply been a matter of her doing what she wanted, she'd have stayed in the TARDIS with Time Lord!Ten. Which is not to say I dno't think Ten2/Pete's World is the better choice in the long run, or that she'd be perpetually unhappy or any of that, but I think at that point she, like everyone else, saw it as "real Doctor" vs "clone thing". Once she spent time with him I think she'd see that's not the case, but I think Ten2 would always think of himself as a consolation prize.

Thank you!
