YES that'd be sad. :( Rose is stuck in a parallel world (again) and Donna doesn't remember... the least they can do is have Martha there when Ten regenerates... plus she's never seen the Doctor regenerate (Donna has... sort of... *shifty eyes*).
Also I hope that the one-off companions don't end up smooching the Doctor. It was cute at first but now it's like "holy crap, he kisses all of his companions, genetic transfer or not!"... O_o Which is why I liked Donna. She didn't like him romantically but they were just really good friends! :D
