Yeaaaah their definition is a little different from everyone else's, at least.
"Clueless but enthusiastic" is a very apt description of the image of the Doctor i had in my mind that demanded I write this, lol. And I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with that guy's costume. Few people can dress up as Superman without looking like idiots! lol
