Ianto's uses are as follows: the torchwood form of Jears (Jack!Tears from LOST), jack's boytoy and...sometimes he has cybermen girlfriends. Gwen is equally useless. And Jack is Jack.
WHY WOULD THEY KILL OFF TOSH AND OWEN?
