Awww the scene at the end of JE is so sad. I remember being like, "we don't even get a WHAT? moment?" but in retrospect, and having seen the alternate ending where there was one, I prefer the emo rain of pathetic fallacy, because the WHAT? just felt tacked on. But seriously JE is so depressing. And yeah I think he'd wind up using the TARDIS just as transport and maybe occasionally for like, tech support.
I think visiting Donna even as John Smith would be too painful, because, I mean, it would be really hard to have your best friend not have any idea who you are. Plus then he'd have to face the possibility that her life isn't totally awesome.
Mostly because yeah, I'm a canon whore. I also don't usually have many things that I want to fix.
Yep that was me. Turn Left must've sucked for Rose. I wonder if she knew it was directly after he'd said goodbye to her, or not. The thing is with Roes that she's always worried about him being on his own. In Fear Her, and Satan Pit, and Doomsday, that's always her big thing, not just that she doesn't want to leave him but that she doesn't want him to be alone because she understands how bad it is for him. Donna, too.
