It's funny, I had the same general reaction when I started stalking your lj post-UofO discovery.

I'm usually quite wary of it, I'm not gonna lie, partially because yeah, it can get quite skeezy when Rose is younger -- I was very conscious of trying to not make it like that, so I hope it worked.

I thought about having a line where Rose ruminates on how he hasn't got eyebrows, but that seemed kind of mean, lirl. I actually think he's sort of cute in an...ugly way (rofl, I have no idae how else to explain it) but not conventional enough to appeal to a twelve-year-old. Then again, Nine and Ten probably wouldn't be, either.

I never really expected to write it, it just kind of... happened.
