Aww, I love this. I always love post-GITF fic. But I really love how this one was so soft and sweet and yet so remorseful for that inevitable loss that he hasn't yet experienced. Love the tying in of Sarah Jane and Reinette, one after the other, as those "reminders."

And I loved the ham-flavored ice cream that the Doctor accidentally on purpose dropped, hee!

I thinks we needs a sequel about this beach. ;)
