so I kind of just wanted to update

So sue me.

But anyhow, for those of you keeping score at home (that is to say, for my own personal use), I need to:

1. Keep updating Crossing the T's; sorry I suck, [livejournal.com profile] latine, even when it's already written. LIRL
2. Actually finish my half-done Behind the Scenes Scrivenshaft Challenge entry by ...soon because I have no time to do it on the 30th or 31st. I want to enter another Scrivenshaft, damnit! I haven't since, you know, July of 2005. Wtf? I lose.
3. Write the two prompts I masochistically claimed at [livejournal.com profile] thematic_hp. Am kind of wishing I had only claimed one because the second one is going to be hard but whatevs!
4. I should probably actually email Silly Love Songs to this computer so I can think about maybe adding on a few sentences in the near future, possibly.
5. Do the fic exchange, once I've got the prompt. For the 3 of you who might have this lj on your flist who write fanfiction but don't use UR/check UR compulsively as I do -- participate in the Unknowable Room Second Anniversary Christmas Fic Exchange! Okay so I just liked using a really elaborate name. Don't let the title fool you, it doesn't actually have to be a Christmas fic. It's just, uh, in the spirit of giving. lirl. Fics are due December 15 so if you're one of the crazies doing NaNo you have a whole two weeks to figure it out!
6. I think that's it. Though I should study and start caring about school again. Haven't done THAT in a long time. (Try, like, two years.)

'Ta, kiddies.

Also, I noticed lots of people have added me but never commented on my lj or anything. I'm totally cool with that, but if you are one of these anonymous strangers and you're so inclined, say hi? I'm just curious about where all these people came from. Haha.

Hi! I am one of your lj stalkers ... seriously, I found your work on UR.org (which I love), and added you as a friend as a way to keep up with updates. I tried writing fanfiction years ago and realized that I suck at writing. I admire anyone who can manage to get out coherent sentences, never mind creating dynamic characters and plots. Kudos to you! NaNoWriMo has me interested to try my hand again.

Hello! Haha, aww. If it's any consolation I suck at basically everything except for writing (and even when writing, I can't seem to write anything original, just fanfics, lirl) so it all evens out. I also make up for it by being entirely ineloquent when I'm speaking; it's sort of sad, really. As for NaNo, it makes my head hurt; 50,000 words is a lot of words, haha, and November is really a very inconvenient time.
